Sketches in UiUx Design

Sketching. Yes, you read right Sketching!

This was my first assignment in my UiUx course that I bought from Tudedude an online ed-tech company based out of Haryana.

First of all, let me tell you all about the problem statement. I have to design a mobile application to address the problem of unavailability of laundry and ironing services in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities for Hostel, PG and Flat residents/tenants.

But before I directly jumped into my sketchbook with my pencil and eraser (preferred drawing on paper for beginners). I had to think and imagine about the look and user journey. After some thinking and imagination, I started with sketching the layout of the app. Initial sketches were really rough, and I could not figure out much until I submitted the assignment and got feedback from the assignment assessment team.

After the qualitative feedback from Tudedude Team I perfected all the previous sketches and added few more in the process of revising the user journey as they pop out in my mind.

Second draft was ready, and I ran a quick check before submitting again.

Submitted. It got approved.
