How is trust earned?

I found a linked in post showing the many ways one can earn trust on the job.

So many techniques for one aspect of work.

How can I reconcile with what I learned in spirituality.

According to spiritual books,

  • Accept people the way they are

  • Have equanimity - treat everyone as equal (including yourself)

  • Show love and affection to people - be of service to others

Do you think if I follow these three, I can win trust!
