6. Files and Reports

7. Data Sources

8. Workflows and Automation

9. Globalization

➤ Accessing the Shared Components Page

To access the Shared Components page:

• On the Workspace home page, click App Builder.

• Select an application.

• On the Application home page, click Shared Components. And The Shared Components page appears.

• To create a shared component, select the appropriate link.

➤ Advantages:

• Saves Time: Instead of creating the same thing over and over, you can reuse shared components. This speeds up development.

• Easier to Maintain: If you need to fix or improve something, you only have to do it once in the shared component, and it automatically affects all the places where it's used.

• Consistency: Shared components ensure that the same functionality works the same way everywhere, reducing errors and confusion.

• Lower Costs: Reusing components means less work, so development costs go down, and you get more done with fewer resources.

• Better Quality: Shared components, especially popular ones, are often well-tested, so you don't have to worry as much about bugs.

• Easy to Scale: You can improve or expand shared components without having to change everything at once, making it easier to grow your system.

• Collaboration: Teams can work more easily together because they know which components are already available and how to use them.

• Faster Launch: Using shared components lets you build systems quicker, getting your product to market faster.
