Idea to Execution: The Product Planning Paradigm

I have always faced dilemmas while starting tech projects as to where should I begin.
Quite often, I experience a lightbulb💡 moment with a “groundbreaking“ idea. It creates a need and drive to execute it immediately. That’s when I am at the “Peak of Enthusiasm“ phase of the Dunning Kruger Effect. I believe this initial phase is very important, as it sets the tone for how the project will be perceived in your mind over the next few days, directly affecting whether you will complete it or deem it unworthy of further effort (“Valley of Despair“).
Hence, it is crucial to make the initial launch of the product to an audience of one—the creator’s mind—in such a way that it is received with excitement, simplicity, and most importantly, devoid of friction.
The processes described ahead are designed to reduce, or rather eliminate, any form of cognitive friction and make the execution seamless.
I will be updating the paradigm in several versions.
Version 1.0
Key features:
The paradigm starts with the most fundamental aspects and moves towards more technical processes, offering the creator clarity from the very beginning.
The paradigm is broken into 6 stages of development:
Project planning
Designing
Configurations
Programming
Testing
Deployment
Each step is independent and self-contained, ensuring that creators can focus on one aspect of the project at a time.
That’s all for now.
Cheers🍻, until next time…
