I made a Blender extension to convert all of the Synty animations into GLB files that work with Godot. It requires Auto-Rig Pro to already be installed in Blender, and obviously, you'll need to have purchased the Synty animations yourself. You basically just:

  • Point it to the root folder where all Synty animations are unzipped;

  • Give it an export folder

  • Wait 20 minutes (or more if you have a slow machine)

Then, you end up with folder of grouped GLB files that can be pulled in as animation libraries in Godot. Auto-Rig Pro is automated via the extension to retarget animations back to the same T-Pose in Blender before export. Hope some people find this helpful. Also, just works with the in-place animations for now (need to do some adjustments still to handle the root motion ones).
