Gym feeling

I have a good feeling when I go to the gym in the mornings. I wake up around 6:20am, and go to the gym. I do cardio for about 10min, and the some with devices. I go to the pool and relax, and then take a shower. Do M and then go out to the store to buy some stuff. I drink a lot of water after gym. Come back home make a simple cereal with honey.

And it's still 8:45am.

It's good I should continue doing this, maybe not every day, but at least every other day.
