Assessing Your Knowledge: Practice Makes Perfect
This phase uses various practice exams that simulate the SAA-C03 testing experience. Regularly taking these assessments will help raise your confidence levels closer to the exam date. Aim to complete exams in both Review and Timed modes and carefully analyze the questions you got wrong and those you answered correctly. Remember that AWS exams often feature scenario-based questions where slight semantic differences can yield different answers, so honing your skills in interpreting questions is crucial.

Exam Essentials: Navigating Format and Registration
The AWS Certified Solutions Architect β Associate exam consists of 65 questions that must be answered within 130 minutes. It's important to note that these questions are a mix of multiple-choice and multiple-answer formats. Among the 65 questions, 15 are testing questions designed to assess your knowledge, meaning only 50 questions will count toward your final score. Since there are no penalties for incorrect answers, attempting every question is wise.
Important Note:
A 30-minute extension is available for non-native English speakers taking the exam in English, but this must be requested before your registration. It will apply to all future registrations with any testing provider.
For Those Taking the Exam In-Person:
Be sure to arrive at the testing centre at least 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time, as you may start the exam up to 30 minutes early. Don't forget to bring two government-issued IDs and recent photographs.
Registration and Results:
Registration Portal: Secure your spot through the Certmetrics Candidate Portal.
Credentialing: After passing, claim your achievement badge on Credly, with results typically available within 4 to 5 days.
Discount Vouchers: Investigate potential 50% off vouchers available through AWS.
Embrace this challenging yet rewarding journey. While it may be demanding, achieving certification reflects your dedication and expertise in cloud technology across a vast landscape of IT applications.
