How not going to the gym improved my life

Don't get me wrong, that's not what I mean. However, in recent years, I haven't felt motivated enough to get up and go to the gym. I used to train almost every day, but then something changed. I lost my motivation and started feeling "bored." I'm referring to going to a regular gym and working out alone.

I also tried hiring a coach. It worked well for two years, and I never missed a training session, but then I lost interest again. I needed something more engaging. I started searching online for opinions and alternative options, and I found exactly what I needed: a sport or a club. It might sound simple or profound, but it took me years to realize this, and maybe it can help you too (especially if you're still reading).

Since then, I've joined running clubs, CrossFit clubs, padel clubs, boxing clubs, and many more. I found the motivation I needed, and when I feel bored, I just switch activities. This keeps me fit and entertained. It works well for me because my goal isn't to have the perfect body; it's mainly to stay fit and healthy.

In conclusion, staying active is about finding what you love. Whether it's a club, a new sport or your regular gum, enjoy the journey and have fun.
