What is PRAGATI ?

PRAGATI: Path To Future is a 12 weeks (3 months) skilling development program for women to improve their skills in personality aspects, career development stay updated with latest technology, industry engagement and professional advancements. This opportunity is opened for all, college students, graduates etc.The most exciting part of this program is that the last week will be an in person visit learning in the Infosys DC.

How to Register ?

You need to sign up in Infosys Springboard platform and when the cohort registrations will open you’ll receive a mail like the one shown below.

The registration for Cohort 4 is closed. So if you missed for this cohort you can simply just sign up in the springboard platform and once the cohort 5 registrations are live, you’ll receive a mail most probably either end of May or start of June .

Tip: Actively check your emails during that period!

What Documents Are Needed to Register?

If you are a college student then you are required to submit a NOC [No objection certificate] during registration which is nothing but a signed letter from either your HOD or principal saying that the college permits you to undergo the training. Then you have to send it to Springboard via mail.

How will you know if you are accepted?

You’ll receive a mail after the registration closes stating that you have been selected. It will look something like the one attached below.

What’s Next ?

If you got this acceptance mail you will be given day to day information via mail with link of every modules and channels. They will send you weekly schedule of online sessions. They will also mail you some self-placed courses with links, which you have to do, And you will receive certificate of each and every courses after giving some online test with your camera on :) so keep learning with concentration and consistently to finish.

Benefit

You can add this as an experience in the resume and a certificate will be provided given that all three criterias’ are met:

• 80% attendance [online + offline]

• 10 courses completed

• 2 certifications completed

Experience

I was very excited to visit the Infosys campus. I chose Kolkata DC campus & as it was new campus,when I entered in the campus I was filled with so much excitement that I can’t express in words. I had to go through security checks, register my name and collect my visitors ID card. The guards guided us the very 1st day and once we knew, we were told be at specific places as per the schedule along with someone from Infosys. Then during the lunch, our mentors used to sit with us and have food and certainly share a lot of experiences. I really loved the time spent there. Throughout the whole offline sessions, I actively took part in interactions, listened to the mentors, observed what happened around, listened actively to them and took notes.
