Today, I want to explore the daily routine of a copywriter, SEO specialist, and digital content creator. Having my passion for writing and data helped me become a part of a website’s successful journey in the digital marketing world filled with competition. At the moment, I am finally working on these two amazing platforms, namely SMM1X and SMMLaunch. They are social media marketing tools designed for people and businesses to help them develop their online presence.

What Do I Do?

Let me speak in terms of three essential functions I am responsible for:

Copywriter

My primary responsibility as a copywriter is to produce content that is both interesting and convincing. This is achieved through a variety of formats, such as articles, website content, product descriptions, and social media posts. The goal is to get the audience's attention and make them do something, whether it is to follow a link, buy a product, or subscribe to a newsletter.

SEO Specialist

In my SEO work, which is all about finding the right audience for the content I produce, the process consists of various manipulations and optimizations that make the content more relevant to certain search queries and thus appear higher in the search results. SEO makes my content more accessible to customers or followers.

Digital Content Creator

My job includes a healthy mix of creativity and strategy. I handle digital campaigns, collaborate with the designers to combine them with content, and then plan how these elements will come together in a digital strategy that supports the overall objectives of the different websites I am responsible for.

How Do I Do This?

Knowing my work, let me reveal the step-by-step procedure:

Keyword Research

As a starting point, the first step is to identify the keywords. I use tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to find out what people search for and which are relevant to the content I'm creating. For instance, assuming I am producing an article for SMM1X, I can check for terms such as "best social media growth tools" or "how to increase Telegram members."

Content Creation

When keywords are ready, I begin to write. The primary purpose is to combine the SEO parts with interesting content in a natural way. It mustn't be a forced one. The writing should remain human and honest while still embedding the important keywords. This way, the content becomes both search-engine-friendly and appealing to readers.

Content Optimization

As soon as the content is created, I go to the optimization stage. This involves:

  • Designing attractive meta titles and meta descriptions (those small snippets showing on Google searches).

  • Structuring content with clear headings (H1, H2, etc.).

  • Ensuring all images have alt-text, which not only helps with accessibility but also boosts SEO.

  • Making sure that the content is mobile-friendly, which is a must since the majority of users browse via their phones.

As a part of my content writing strategy, I also include links—both internal links (linking to other pages on the same website) and external links (pointing to credible sources). This increases the level of authority and subsequently the ranking on search engines. For example, in an article on SMMLaunch, I might link back to services we've written about social media growth strategies or articles we've written about social media growth strategies.

Performance Analysis and Tweaks

When the content is published, my work isn't finished! I track the performance with the help of Google Analytics. I determine if the content is getting sufficient traffic, how long people are staying on the page, if they are clicking on links, or if they are taking the desired action (such as signing up or buying). Under any circumstances, I modify the content to enhance its function.

What I Do Day-to-Day

To work on SMM1X and SMMLaunch, the whole team has to work together and come up with a plan. Each day has its own face, but let’s have a look at a typical day example:

Morning: Content Planning & Strategy

I personally always begin my day by going through my content calendar and deciding what content I need to write or update. For instance, if SMM1X is releasing a new function, I will come up with several online articles, social media posts, or email copy that can help to promote it.

Midday: Writing & Optimizing

Now it is my creative time: writing articles, creating social media posts, and updating web pages. I work on optimizing the existing content; sometimes, old blog posts need just to be refreshed to stay relevant in search results, or they have to be updated with keywords.

Afternoon: Collaboration & Reviews

Every afternoon, I get together with designers or marketers and strategize about content. Maybe we would plan a social media campaign or decide how best to display new content on the website. We go through analytics to see what is working and where we need an improvement.

End of Day: Analytics & Adjustments

I take the time to review the performance of any new content published before wrapping up. If something isn't performing well, then I tend to tinker with the post by adding keywords that might help, updating links, or even adjusting the format for better readability.

Why I Love What I Do

There is something super satisfying about seeing your work create impacts. When one of your blog posts starts reeling in traffic, or a piece of content goes viral, it certainly feels like your time has really paid off well.

Besides, copywriting and SEO are continuously updating themselves; there is always one more thing to learn, and that's anything from an updated algorithm to the latest trend in content.

At the end of the day, working on SMM1X and SMMLaunch allows me to combine creativity with strategy, and that’s what keeps me passionate about my work.
