Power Nap

After jogging or exercising, it's important to give your body the rest it deserves. Consider taking this time to relax with some gentle bed stretches, such as the cobra, cat-cow, glute bridge and spinal stretches. Following this, a breathing exercise can be quite beneficial, and a brief 10-minute nap can rejuvenate your entire body. You will feel so much power after this simple yet effective nap.
Benefits:
Memory magic: Short naps enhance memory consolidation and learning, as shown in sleep research (Mednick et al., 2003).
Instant recharge: A 20-minute nap can boost alertness and performance, lowering reaction times (Lovato & Lack, 2010).
Stress reset: Even a brief snooze can lower stress hormones and improve mood, according to sleep science (Milner & Cote, 2009).
"Sleep is the best meditation."
