Cold Shower

When I take a shower, it feels like a reset for my entire nervous system. I experience a renewed sense of strength, and my immunity seems to improve. I find myself less stressed and more present in the moment. It gives me the feeling that I can overcome any challenge and make my day better.
Benefits:
Natural energy surge: Cold exposure spikes norepinephrine levels, boosting alertness and mood (Shevchuk, 2008).
Inflammation fighter: Regular cold showers may reduce inflammation and enhance recovery, with evidence coming from cryotherapy studies (Tipton, 2001).
Metabolic kick: Cold water can stimulate brown fat activation, which plays a role in burning calories and boosting metabolism.
"Cold never bothered me anyway."
