Feedback vs Criticism

Feedback is not free and criticism does not need your attention!

In the professional world often criticism is used as a tool to exercise dominance & control, irrespective of whether it has merit or not. This does not serve any other purpose other than cause shame and exert control.

Feedback on the other hand is someone taking the effort and time to share their observation with the hope of helping one improve or better oneself. One receives feedback only if you are in their thoughts and they like you enough to care. FEEDBACK IS INVALUABLE!

I would never take feedback lightly and have always considered it as an opportunity to improve.
