Updating My Learning Method

Lately, I’ve been rethinking how I approach learning. I had been going through Boot.dev at a steady pace, but I realized I was prioritizing speed over depth. While this approach helped me cover a lot of ground quickly, I often found myself moving past concepts without fully internalizing them.
Instead of rushing through, I’m now taking a more deliberate approach—slowing down to explore concepts in greater depth. A great example of this shift is how I’ve been learning about currying. Initially, I grasped the basics quickly—it made sense, and I could explain it to new developers. But when I took the time to dig deeper, I found some fantastic explanations and real-world use cases that truly enriched my understanding.
This deeper learning method is already proving valuable. It’s not just about knowing a concept exists, but also about understanding its nuances and applications in different scenarios. By focusing on quality over quantity, I’m hoping to build a stronger foundation that will serve me better in the long run.
If you're learning something new, I highly recommend experimenting with different learning styles. Sometimes, taking a step back and diving deeper can make all the difference!
