What is BI

Business Intelligence
BI stands for Business Intelligence. In simple terms, it’s like having a super-smart assistant for a business that collects, organizes, and analyzes data to help make better decisions.
Imagine This:
You own a small bakery and want to increase sales. BI helps by:
Collecting data - How many cakes did you sell last month? What was the most popular flavor?
Analyzing trends - Which days have the most customers? Do sales go up during festivals?
Making Predictions - If you introduce a new flavor, will people like it? Should you stock more chocolate cakes on weekends?
How it Works:
BI tools take raw data from various sources (sales, customer feedback, market trends), clean it up, and present it in easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and reports. This helps businesses make smart decisions instead of just guessing.
Big companies use BI to track customer behavior, improve products. and increase profits. Small businesses use it to manage inventory ad boost sales.
