Business Intelligence and data visualization

Tableau is a powerful Business Intelligence (BI) tool used for data visualization. Data visualization is the process of turning numbers and data into pictures like charts, graphs, and maps. It helps people understands complex information quickly and easily instead of looking at raw numbers.

Think of it like this:

Imagine you track your monthly expenses in a notebook. After a few months, it’s hard to see patterns. But if you create a pie chart, you can instantly see:

40% on food

25% on transport

15% on entertainment

20% on books

Now, you immediately know where most of your money goes, making it easier to adjust your budget.
