Development Logs

Fluxxion

My most time of the week spend executing fluxxion.

I update the website with new design and new pages.

This time I am more focused on UI side because I think this is what that matters in this project.

Previously, I talked about two features that has been added to the website: Challenges and Project Showcase.

After some more brainstorming, we decided to add one more section of LIVE STREAMS!

This was the post for marketing:

The idea was to conduct sessions each week on different tech related topics that help community members with new learnings and things in tech.

Let’s see how this idea will go.

This was the idea that we got.

I am working on fluxxion, still need some more improvement and changes to do before launch and these changes are actually necessary before launch because without these features/changes, users will not get the right idea of what we want to show/feel them.

Digital Garden

I read an article where I got to know about the concept of digital garden.

This was the article in case you want to read:
https://infosecwriteups.com/why-you-need-a-digital-garden-how-to-start-guide-a1f30f818c75

After that, I saw some videos on youtube and read more articles, and I got interested in making my digital garden or personal wiki version.

A place where I can store everything I do, at one central place. Because, sometimes I even forgot what I have worked on and have to either look through my notes or github profile and my tracker to see my working.

Plus, my wiki could be a place where I can save all my learning notes, project details, even projects that haven’t completed yet.

It could be a life portfolio of what I have done, which projects I completed, which I didn’t, which are currently in progress etc.

Sound interesting?

So, I made my version of this.

This is live demo of it (currently hosted on GitHub pages), if you want to have a look:

I also uploaded video on my youtube channel:

I got copyright strike on youtube for my previous video ;)

Basically, I uploaded video on youtube regarding usage of a tool that I made.

It was tool to auto-download videos of a youtube playlist & according to youtube policy (maybe I am wrong because I read it somewhere), you can’t download videos from youtube and make content on these types of topics.

Anyways, this was the tool that got me this strike ;)

Reflections of the Week

"Don't let the past steal your present."

- Cherríe Moraga

You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out
Healing isn’t a straight path. There’s gonna be days when you feel like you’re making progress and there’s also gonna be days when old wounds reopen without warning. That doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re human. Real healing isn’t about never feeling pain again, it’s about knowing you can feel it and still move forward!

Weekly Picks

These are some videos, articles & resources for this week that I found helpful.

That’s it for this one.
