Melanie Perkins is the co-founder and CEO of Canva, a graphic design platform that has revolutionized the industry by enabling users worldwide to create professional-quality designs with ease. Audrey Tsang: currently the Non-Executive Director at Clue, the world’s leading doctor-recommended period and cycle tracking app with over 10 million active users. Previously, she led product and teams at Pinterest, HotelTonight, and Yelp, driving innovation in consumer technology.

Claire Novorol: is the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Ada Health, a Berlin-based global health company using AI to improve patient outcomes. Under her leadership, Ada has become the world’s most popular symptom assessment app, with 13 million users and 32 million completed assessments, transforming the way people access medical insights.

Beyond Ada, she is actively investing in and supporting health tech innovation, backing startups like OKKO Health and Una Health.

Julia Hartz is the co-founder and CEO of Eventbrite, a company that revolutionized the ticketing industry by creating a seamless platform for event organizers and attendees. Suneera Madhani is the founder of Stax Payments, a leading fintech company recognized as one of America's top 10 fastest-growing firms. She transformed Stax from an idea into a billion-dollar platform with over $100 million in recurring revenue. As the first female CEO to lead a unicorn from Florida, Suneera has earned numerous accolades, including Fortune's 40 Under 40 and EY's Entrepreneur of the Year. Lena Hackelöer is the Founder and CEO of Brite Payments, a fast-growing fintech transforming instant account-to-account (A2A) payments across Europe. Under Lena’s leadership, Brite has expanded to 27 markets, connecting with 3,800+ banks and reaching over 350 million customers.

Miriam Wohlfarth is a serial entrepreneur and a pioneer in Germany’s fintech sector. She founded Ratepay, one of the country’s first payment service providers, before launching Banxware in 2020—a company reshaping European lending by enabling platforms to offer embedded banking products.

Beyond her ventures, Miriam plays a key role in shaping the startup ecosystem as an executive board member at the German Startup Association.

Laura Youngson is the CEO & Co-Founder of IDA Sports, a company revolutionizing women’s football boots by designing them specifically for the female foot. A four-time Guinness World Record holder, she co-founded Equal Playing Field, an initiative challenging gender inequality in sports. Through this initiative, she set a Guinness World Record for the highest-altitude soccer match, where she discovered a common issue among female athletes: soccer cleats were extremely uncomfortable. This insight led her to launch IDA Sports, which creates high-performance footwear tailored for women.

Yamile Vargas is the Co-Founder & COO of Sylby, a groundbreaking AI-powered language learning platform designed to help migrants and language learners build confidence in speaking foreign languages. Before founding Vigilios, Ana-Marija was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where she gained expertise in strategy, operations, and business transformation.

Neeti Sharma is the Founder and CEO of Moblize.IT LLC, a firm specializing in chatbot development, mobile applications, and enterprise modernization. Under her leadership, Moblize.IT’s revenue grew to $1.1M in 2024, reflecting strong market adoption.

Previously, Neeti was a Senior Product Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, where she led enterprise product strategy and AI-driven solutions.

Shannon Goggin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Noyo, a tech company revolutionizing data exchange between health insurers and benefits platforms. Previously, she worked at Zenefits, Monitor Deloitte, and Shogun Enterprises, bringing deep expertise in health insurance technology and enterprise solutions.

Aagya Mathur is the Co-Founder and CEO of Aavia, a platform dedicated to ovarian hormone health. Sarah Kugelman, Founder & CEO of All Golden Beauty, launched the luxury beauty and lifestyle brand to redefine beauty for women 45+. A beauty industry veteran, she previously founded skyn ICELAND and co-founded Gloss.com, both later acquired.

Nyakio Grieco, Founder of Relevant: Your Skin Seen, created the inclusive skincare brand to celebrate and care for all skin types. She is also the founder of Thirteen Lune, an e-commerce platform spotlighting BIPOC-founded beauty brands.

Olamide Olowe, Founder & CEO of Topicals, created a Black-owned skincare brand specializing in treating skin conditions like hyperpigmentation and acne. She is the youngest Nigerian-American entrepreneur to raise over $10 million in funding. Previously, she was the co-founder of SheaGIRL, a Sundial Brands subsidiary now owned by Unilever.

Jennifer Humphrey, Founder & CEO of CliqOnU, launched her press-on nail brand in 2020, quickly gaining traction with placements in Nordstrom Rack, Urban Outfitters, and multiple appearances on HSN. Ruchi Kotahwala is the Founder & Creative Director of RUCHI New York, a luxury fine jewelry house known for its colorful gemstones and heirloom-quality designs. Launched in 2018, the brand has been worn by celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Jill Biden, and Sarah Jessica Parker at major red carpet events.

Sophie Walker is the CEO and Co-Founder of Dsposal, a company leveraging technology to improve waste management through better data, reporting, and compliance. She is also a Founding Director of the social enterprise Your Dsposal and the not-for-profit GING, working at the intersection of the circular economy, technology, and sustainability.

Alaina Percival co-founded Women Who Code (WWCode), a global nonprofit dedicated to increasing women’s representation in technology. Lola Banjo is the Founder and Creative Director of Silver & Riley, where she leads strategy, product design, marketing, and branding. Her leadership has earned her recognition as an Inc. Magazine Female Founders 250 honoree and as part of Emory University’s 40 Under 40. Previously a strategy executive at Salesforce, Deloitte, and Accenture, she now serves clients in 27 countries and has driven retail partnerships with Nordstrom and Saks. Aneta Kmiecik is the founder of Be Your Own Design Team, helping designers grow through mentoring, community, and self-paced courses. She specializes in B2B UX/Product Design, particularly in sustainability and fintech.

Amy Santee helps UX professionals design their careers with intention, focusing on self-research, advocacy, and strategy. She has worked with eBay and supports designers in making impactful career moves.

Cathy Phung is a Digital Product Manager at Canada Post, leading the digital product strategy for the CX Sign-in and Onboarding experience to improve engagement. She has led scrum teams to deliver features like parcel locker delivery and tracking in the mobile app, maintaining a 4.6-star rating. Samantha Gerson is a Senior Product Manager at CIPD, where she leads a team managing over 30 web products at various stages of their lifecycle.
