My Interview Experience 10

Last week, I attended an interview for a Software Tester position, which had three rounds. The first round lasted an hour, with the first 30 minutes focused on aptitude and Java technical questions, and the next 30 minutes dedicated to a coding challenge, where we had to modify the given code to match the expected output. In the technical interview, I answered all the questions based on my resume and successfully completed a given program. At the end, when asked if I had any questions, I asked for advice from the interviewer. She responded, "Arun, waiting is important as a fresher," and also advised me to speak slowly and clearly for better communication. This experience taught me the importance of patience, time management, problem-solving, and effective communication, motivating me to improve for future opportunities.
