Time Management - Triple 8

Introduction :

Hi Everyone, In this blog we are going to see how we can manage the Time and use it wisely. In this hurry! burry! world everyone is running to earn money. Money is Important, more than that Time is more precious, we have to calculate our Time and work for it. Instead of moving along with the Time, if Time move along with us na, we can achieve what we need in a span of Time.

I will share my Time schedule, It helps me to achieve What I need in a short span of time, For the First it will be so hard to follow, Once you make it as your daily schedule, it will store to your subconscious. It will become a habit.

Triple 8 : - Divide Your day by8 : 3X8 = 24 hrs

I am just Sharing my time slots You can alter as per your needs.

The First 8 :

Time→ 5 am to 1 PM :

  • Wake up at 5 am Every day

  • From 5 am to 6 am → → Refresh yourself, Do Yoga or some Breathing exercise, and plan your day and Revise what you have learned yesterday.

  • From 6 am -7 am → Learn some Thing new this one Hour

  • From 7 am-8 am → have your Breakfast

  • From 8 am-1 pm → Learn to new Skills and Upgrade it.

The Second 8 :

Time→ 1 pm to 9 pm :

  • From 1 pm to 2 pm → Have your Lunch

  • From 2 pm to 7 pm → Learn and Practice what you have learned.

  • From 7 pm to 8 pm → Have your Dinner

  • From 8 pm to 9 pm → Relax Your mind Before Sleep

The Third 8 :

Time→ 9 pm to 5 am :

  • Have a Relaxed peaceful sleep. Minimum 6 hrs to 8hrs.
