Finding Sweetness in Defeat Over Victory

In my school time I rarely faced defeats rather than victories. At that time, I was really worried about my losses and coming back from that to winning way. But in my 10th std i scored low marks. But at that time, I didn't agree with my defeat. And then I faced many losses in different ways during study time, like I scored just 1 mark out of 18 in one subject and i scored very low scores in my 11th and 12th std final exams and also I faced some arrears. And now I have cleared all subjects. When I finished college, I had no job until now and faced many rejections that were all really hard hitting me. But the thing is, I really like my defeats rather than my wins. I don't know why, but I really like it. Many of us are not ready to face defeat rather than victory. Mostly, many parents don't teach their children how to handle their worst situations; they only want their children to win in the best way. So better to teach your children how to lose in a better way than how to win. I knew I faced many rejections in different ways. That experience taught me a lot about the impact of failures. For example, in the IPL, I'm a Mumbai fan and I haven't skipped any Mumbai matches since 2013 because of being a fan of Sachin. Now, the past few years they haven't played well. The main reason for me watching MI match is that I knew their fighting spirits and their efforts towards victory. That was the main difference between MI and other teams in the IPL.

So the thing is being ready to face many different types of defeats with a strong and smiling face.

1. Celebrate efforts over victory.

2. Stay optimistic and resilient.

3. Learn from every loss.
