1. David Warner (62 half-centuries & 4 centuries)

The Australian left-handed batsman, who has represented Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad, reached the milestone in fewer innings (184) than Kohli. Known for his aggressive yet consistent batting at the top of the order, Warner's 66 half-centuries are a testament to his enduring quality and adaptability to the T20 format. He is the only player who has been playing for a single franchise since 2008. He has scored 8252 runs in 250 IPL innings so far. His best cricket score in the Indian Premier League is 113*, which he scored against the Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2024.

3. Shikhar Dhawan (53 half-centuries & 2 centuries)

Dhawan, who has played for several franchises including Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Punjab Kings, is known for his brilliant stroke play and ability to score consistently at the top. The number of his half-centuries underlines his valuable contribution as an experienced opener in the IPL. He scored 6769 runs, including 2 centuries and 53 half-centuries in his IPL career. Last Year, he said goodbye to all formats of cricket, including IPL.

4. Rohit Sharma (43 half-centuries & 2 centuries)

Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma has scored 45 half-centuries, placing him fourth on the list. Known for his explosive hitting and match-winning centuries, Sharma's numerous half-centuries highlight his ability to build crucial innings and guide his team, especially in pressure situations. So far, he has scored 6684 runs in his IPL career, including 2 centuries and 43 half-centuries. In IPL 2025, He is playing for the Mumbai Indians. He has also played for the Deccan Chargers in his starting IPL career.

5. KL Rahul (39 half-centuries & 4 centuries)

The fifth member of this list is KL Rahul with 39 half-centuries. Rahul, who has played for Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Lucknow Super Giants, Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals. Rahul has scored 4291 runs in his IPL career, including 39 half-centuries and 4 centuries so far.
