Hello everyone! Welcome to Kavya’s Testing World — a place where I’ll share my experiences, learnings, and tips around software testing.

How It All Began

Like many in tech, I didn’t plan to become a QA engineer right away. But during my internship, I was introduced to quality assurance, and I instantly connected with the process of finding bugs, thinking like an end-user, and ensuring a product meets expectations.

What I Learned as a QA Intern

During my 6-month internship, I learned the basics of:

Writing test cases

Manual testing techniques

Reporting bugs using tools like Jira

Collaborating with developers and product teams

These early experiences shaped my mindset and helped me understand the importance of QA in the development cycle.

Why QA Matters

Testing isn’t just about finding bugs — it's about making sure users have a smooth experience. A well-tested product is a reflection of a team that cares.

What’s Next?

I’m now actively exploring test automation and tools like Selenium, Postman, and Cypress. In future posts, I’ll share what I’m learning, challenges I face, and tips for fellow QA beginners.

Thanks for reading — and welcome again to my testing world!
