“I don’t just want to build another assistant—I want to create an AI that listens like a friend, reasons like a strategist, guides like a mentor, and grows with you.”

Hi, I’m Mohit Kumar, an AI systems builder and aspiring Solutions Architect.

This isn’t just a blog. It’s the beginning of something bigger—a living journal documenting my journey building Elara, a deeply intelligent AI assistant, and the broader ecosystem it will power across healthcare, finance, careers, and operating systems.

Meet Elara — My AI Brainchild

Elara isn’t just another chatbot or tool.

It’s the foundational AI I’m building that will power multiple smart systems—designed to be:

  • The Best Listener – Understands not just words, but context and emotion

  • The Deepest Thinker – Learns from interaction and adapts to user goals

  • The Simplest Explainer – Makes complexity feel human

  • The Humble Upgrader – Grows with every use, interaction, and integration

Under the Hood:

  • Core Stack: Python, PyTorch, DistilBERT, TTS, OS APIs, Web APIs

  • Current Capabilities: Text & voice interaction, weather/news plugins, task automation

  • In Progress: Context memory layer, decentralized storage, session intelligence, vision integration

Elara is not a product. It’s a lifelong system I’m building—one that thinks with you, not just for you.

Smart Healthcare System — Real-World AI + IoT

As a Graduate Research Assistant at Long Island University, I’ve been building a Smart Healthcare Management System that integrates:

  • IoT sensors for real-time patient monitoring

  • AI models to predict health anomalies and alert caregivers

  • Secure design with blockchain and explainable AI for ethical transparency

This system is being actively developed for real-world use—and Elara is being designed to integrate into it as an intelligent, human-aware layer.

AI-Powered Stock Market Prediction — Merging AI and Physics

My passion for systems led me to build an advanced LSTM-based model for stock market trend prediction.

But I didn’t stop there.

I’ve been integrating field-theoretic models like φ⁴ theory from physics to:

  • Detect phase transitions in markets

  • Understand volatility patterns

  • Improve predictive accuracy by 18% over traditional LSTM-only systems

This blend of AI + physics is what I call intelligent quant modeling—and Elara will learn to reason over this too.

Career Navigator — Helping Others Accelerate Too

Elara doesn’t just serve me—it powers Career Navigator, a platform I’m developing to help job seekers:

  • Track applications and rejections

  • Get AI-powered resume feedback

  • Request referrals and insights

  • Discover personalized job readiness pathways

This is part of my commitment to building tech that helps people grow.

The Bigger Vision — An Ecosystem That Talks to Itself

What if your:

  • Healthcare system,

  • Career assistant,

  • Financial advisor, and

  • Operating system

…all spoke to the same intelligent core? That’s what I’m building.

Elara is that core. A system that listens, remembers, reasons, and adapts—across your life.

Tech I Use Daily:

  • AI/ML: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, LSTM, DistilBERT

  • Web & Cloud: React.js, Node.js, MySQL, REST APIs, AWS

  • IoT & Security: Smart sensors, blockchain, IPFS

  • System Design: Modular architecture, context APIs, privacy-first logic

What’s Next?

Here’s what’s coming in the next phase:

  • Elara’s persistent memory & goal-tracking layer

  • Context-awareness across sessions and devices

  • On-device privacy + decentralized storage

  • Smart plugin system (calendar, email, finance, journaling)

  • Quantum & field-inspired reasoning models for smarter logic

  • A VSCode plugin for dev-focused Elara integration

Why This Blog Exists

This space is where I’ll:

  • Share my ideas, struggles, and breakthroughs

  • Talk deeply about building scalable AI and real-world systems

  • Break down concepts like memory, personalization, field theory in AI, and more

Let’s Connect:

Thanks for reading — and welcome to the journey.
