👋 I'd like to share a small side project I’ve been working on: collector.dev — a Chrome extension that turns your plain old New Tab into a smart little launchpad. It brings your essential tools front and center, so you spend less time hunting and more time doing. ⚡

If you're a developer using a Chromium browser, do give it a try. It comes with:

🔖 Frictionless bookmarking - Drop in links, notes, or even color codes, snippets — no setup, no switching contexts. Just one box that handles whatever you throw at it.

🧰 A curated set of everyday dev tools—from UUIDs and color pickers to JSON prettifiers and timestamp converters—built right into your new tab. Handy native tools bundled in (no more digging around)

🧪 A sandbox to test and play with code snippets. A sleek, native playground to try out ideas, debug tricky bits, or explore something new — all without leaving your flow.

🔗 GitHub integration to stay on top of your PRs

And There’s More

It’s built with elegance and efficiency in mind — turning your blank start page into a beautiful, fluid experience. ✨

Still a work in progress (read: not perfect), but functional and evolving.
Grab it on the Chrome Web Store:

Or check out the website:

Give it a spin — and if it’s not your vibe, uninstalling is just a click away 😄
