1. Chris Gayle (Royal Challengers Bangalore) - 30 balls vs Pune Warriors India, 2013

"The Universe Boss" Chris Gayle holds the record for scoring the fastest century in IPL history. During IPL 2013, while playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore against Pune Warriors India in Bangalore, he completed his century in just 30 balls. His innings was a wonderful display of power hitting. In his explosive innings, he hit 13 fours and 17 sixes and scored an unbeaten 175 runs in just 66 balls, the highest individual score in T20 cricket. Due to this stormy innings, RCB scored a huge score of 263/5. In reply, Pune's team was all out for just 133 runs, and RCB won the match by 130 runs.

2. Vaibhav Suryavanshi (Rajasthan Royals) - 35 balls vs Gujarat Titans, 2025

Vaibhav Suryavanshi etched his name in IPL history on 28 April 2025 by becoming the youngest player to score a century. In his record-breaking innings, he smashed 101 runs off just 38 balls, which included seven fours and 11 sixes. He played this sensational innings against the Gujarat Titans. This remarkable feat also made his century the second fastest in IPL history and the fastest century scored by an Indian player.

3. Yusuf Pathan (Rajasthan Royals) - 37 balls vs Mumbai Indians, 2010

Famous for his aggressive batting style, Yusuf Pathan etched his name in the record books by scoring a 37-ball century for the Rajasthan Royals against Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium during IPL 2010. Chasing a tricky target of 213, Pathan's explosive innings kept Rajasthan Royals in the race for victory. His innings included 9 fours and 8 sixes.

4. David Miller (Kings XI Punjab) - 38 balls vs Royal Challengers Bangalore, 2013

South African star batsman David Miller showcased his power-hitting ability by scoring a brilliant century off 38 balls for Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) against Royal Challengers Bangalore in Mohali on May 6, 2013. Chasing a target of 191 runs, Kings XI Punjab was in a difficult situation, but Miller's explosive innings turned the match in Punjab Kings' favour. Miller played an unbeaten innings of 101 runs off just 38 balls with the help of 8 fours and 7 sixes. He led his team to a stunning victory by making the RCB bowlers suffer that day. Miller's aggressive innings are still remembered by fans. He is a part of the Lucknow Super Giants team in IPL 2025 and has scored 142 runs in 10 innings so far. 5. Priyansh Arya (Punjab Kings) - 39 balls vs Chennai Super Kings, 2025

Young Indian uncapped batsman Priyansh Arya smashed a century in just 39 balls while playing for Punjab Kings against Chennai Super Kings in Mullanpur on April 8, 2025. Opening the innings, Arya batted fearlessly and thrashed the CSK bowlers. He scored 103 runs in just 42 balls during the match, which included 7 fours and 9 sixes. Thanks to Arya's century, Punjab Kings posted a total of 219/6 while batting first, in response to which Chennai Super Kings could only score 201 runs and eventually Punjab won the match by 18 runs.
