Initial Challenge

As a fresher and new to the domain of coding,the real challenge is to choose a domain that is reliable accordinig to market and has jobs.
After going through a lot of videos. Finall I was able to choose MERN Stack which really felt a lot much to study and learn.

As a fresher,I just went to youtube and searched some complete playlists for MERN.
I followed Code with harry ‘s playlist - Here is the link →

But now he has a new web dev course as SIGMA WEB DEVELOPMENT which is really good.

The Tutorial Hell

As a fresher,Even i got trapped by tutorial hell.Tutorial hell basically means just watching and copying code without actually understanding them.

As a fresher it was really hard to understand the full stack flow of the application. But soon after the logic building started.Everything became easy.

The Time Waste

Think of a situation where you are learning a thing that is never used,never asked in innterviews..That’s called HTML and CSS in MERN.
But to be honest..Leaving them untouched is also an issue…
They just need a short time to understand and needs couple of One Shots to sit in your mind.

The Time Utilization

The Thing to focus most in MERN is Javascript. All frameworks (Frontend or Backend) are written with a Javascript base. And for your info..Java and Javascript are different.

More in the way

After getting a good grip on javascript.Its the correct time to shift to React Js.Try to use git and github more and more in your development. As a crisp overview, these are used to maintain code verison and keep code safe. It’s always a good practise to maintain github account as it is generally asked at the time of placements.
Learn all basic concepts including props,states,components,react-router,contextapi,props drilling etc.

The Projects

Dont wait to learn everything and then start making projects. Keep on making small projects while learning also..try to maintain code in a folder locally in your system for now.

Plan of Action

Soon after completing Reactjs,carry on with Nodejs and express.

Keypoints to Understand

Understand the flow of the complete project. Try to get answer of these questions → Which part is in frontend?. Which is backend?, How the database connection is working?
