Day #13 - Flowers


Looking outside and references, every greenery has some extra colors that make them more beautiful. Usually flowers, sometimes manmade items.
I am also trying to learn about art direction, so the game looks good as a whole and elements don’t stand out, hence me making a super simple thing today.
It’s 3 quads with UV spanning the whole texture, each quad is rotated 120 degrees in Z axis.
Also I copied the bush material settings in Godot, so the back faces are not darker and look the same.

I’ve recently did a technical test to test the game loop. I’ll do a couple more of those and start doing Alpha Tests during July.I’ll also post a link to test build (Also you’ll be given a free key when the game releases if you’ve joined in any test session)
