In this match, the Royal Challengers Bangalore batsmen batted brilliantly and scored 213 runs in 20 overs for the loss of 5 wickets. Chasing the target, young player Ayush Mhatre played a stormy innings of 94 runs while batting strongly for Chennai Super Kings. During this innings, the young player hit 9 fours and five sixes. Ayush Mhatre did not spare any RCB bowler during his innings and hit hard against everyone.

However, as soon as he was out, the batting lineup of Chennai Super Kings was completely destroyed and Royal Challengers Bangalore easily won this match. The young player’s wicket was taken by Royal Challengers Bangalore’s experienced fast bowler Lungi Ngidi. He bowled a very good slow ball which Ayush Mhatre could not understand at all and he was caught out. Ayush’s catch was taken by Krunal Pandya. Lungi Ngidi bowled brilliantly in this match and took three wickets for 30 runs in four overs.

Lungi Ngidi dismissed Ayush Mhatre and Sam Curran while he sent Dewald Brevis back to the pavilion on the first ball. Lungi Ngidi’s bowling was the play of the day in this match.

RCB beat Chennai Super Kings

Apart from Ayush Mhatre, Ravindra Jadeja scored 77* runs. However, the rest of the batsmen batted disappointingly. Talking about the Royal Challengers Bangalore team, Jacob Bethel and Virat Kohli batted explosively and made a valuable partnership of 97 runs for the first wicket. In this match, Virat Kohli batted brilliantly and played a valuable innings of 62 runs. During this innings, Virat Kohli hit five fours and 5 sixes. Not only this, young opener Jacob Bethel also played his role very well and scored 55 runs.

However, in this match, Romario Shepherd batted aggressively and played a record-breaking innings of 53* runs with the help of four fours and 6 sixes in just 14 balls.
