His efforts have earned him accolades, including being a runner-up in the International L’Oreal Marketing Awards and receiving the RAISE Award from the Singapore University of Social Science for his transformative work with prisoners at Singapore Changi Prison.

Roger’s academic credentials are equally impressive. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the Singapore University of Social Science, complemented by a Master’s in Finance from Imperial College London. His fluency in English and Mandarin, along with a basic understanding of French, reflects his commitment to broadening his horizons.

In addition to his professional and academic achievements, Roger is deeply dedicated to community service. His volunteer work at hospices and his efforts to write wellness articles for prisoners exemplify the compassion and commitment that the honorary degree seeks to honor.
