On Chaitra 30, 2081 (Saturday), the Leo Club of Kathmandu Himalayas Patan proudly hosted the Region Level Leadership Institute (RLLI) at Shital Chautari Restaurant, New Baneshwor—and what an empowering ride it was!
With a focus on Effective Conduction of Meetings and Minute Writing, the workshop delivered exactly what every Leo leader needs: clarity, confidence, and communication skills.
Leadership, The Right Way 🗣️🖋️
Led by none other than Mr. Kuber Kranti Pathak—renowned motivational speaker, corporate trainer, and a Leo icon—participants were guided through the nuts and bolts of:
Running impactful and time-efficient meetings
Writing professional, structured minutes
Cultivating leadership that leaves a legacy
Mr. Pathak's energy, real-world experience, and charisma had every Leo on the edge of their seat. From managing 60,000+ individuals to speaking on global stages, his insights were nothing short of gold.

Leo Club of Kathmandu Himalayas Patan (LCKHP), established in 1974, is Nepal's oldest Leo Club with a proud 50-year legacy of youth-led community service. As part of Lions Clubs International's global network, we empower young leaders aged 16-30 to create positive change through volunteering. Our diverse projects include blood donation camps, environmental clean-ups, health awareness campaigns, orphanage support, old age home visits, disaster relief, educational initiatives, and skill development workshops. Throughout our history, we've directly impacted thousands of lives across Kathmandu Valley and beyond. What sets LCKHP apart is our commitment to developing leadership skills among youth while addressing pressing community needs. Each project offers members hands-on experience in project management, teamwork, communication, and social responsibility. Our members gain valuable skills while making tangible differences in their communities. Beyond local efforts, we actively participate in regional and international Leo initiatives, collaborating with other clubs to amplify our impact.
