• 📢 Consistent sharing: Posting product updates and milestones across X, Hacker News, and Product Hunt kept us visible. Interestingly, Hacker News turned out to be our most effective channel, likely because our core users are technical founders and indie developers.

• 🎁 A generous free tier: Lowering the barrier to entry made it easy for teams to explore Lumoar without friction.

Why This Matters

We know it’s early, but this kind of traction is a huge morale boost for our small team. More importantly, it’s already generating valuable feedback that's actively shaping our roadmap.
