Mass Tort Settlements: How Much Can Victims Receive?

How much can I expect to get from a mass tort claim is an often asked question? There is no easy answer to that. Each case is treated individually in mass torts, so the recovery will depend on factors like severity of injury, medical expenses, lost wages, and emotional hardship.

Sometimes mass torts can be thought of as "quick wins," however, that certainly is not true. Mass torts take time, and that should always be kept in mind. However, ultimately, if properly handled, the client will be compensated fairly and meaningfully, for whatever they have been through.
