An Introduction

Hello, my name is Justin. I'm 24 years old and currently live in Ontario, Canada. I am a former U.S. Army Cargo Specialist, and currently work as a Dispatch Coordinator and an IT Liaison.
And soon? A high-level expert in Cybersecurity and IT.
But I’m not there yet.
This blog is the documentation of my transformation, from someone who knew just enough to get by, to someone who commands computers, networks, and systems like second nature.
This is TraceRoute to Power.
What am I doing?
Over the next year, I’m executing a week-by-week training regimen covering:
Computer hardware & operating systems
Networking fundamentals
Linux mastery
Ethical hacking & penetration testing
Red Team & Blue Team tactics
Cloud security
Malware analysis
CTF & real-world lab challenges
Certifications: A+, Sec+, TryHackMe SOL1, OSCP prep
No shortcuts, no fluff. Just raw, aggressive mastery, logged and shared here in real time.
Why?
Because I refuse to stay average.
Because I don’t want to work in IT, I want to dominate it.
Because in a world built on code, I want to control the matrix, not just survive in it.
This blog will be:
My battle log
My open-source brain
A resource for anyone chasing elite-level skills in cyber and tech
What to Expect
Every week, I’ll share:
What I’m studying
What tools I’m using
What projects I’ve built
What problems I’ve solved
What I’ve failed at—and how I leveled up from it
If you’re starting in IT, Cybersecurity, or Ethical Hacking, follow along.
If you’re ahead of me, challenge me.
If you’re lost, this blog might be the roadmap you need.
