From Lost to Learning.

After finishing my 12th-grade exams and entrance tests, I wasn't sure what to do next. After spending about a week browsing Instagram and wasting almost a month, I decided to learn Python before starting college!

At the start of 9th grade, I began earning money by running Instagram theme pages, editing videos, and creating festival greetings for local businesses and individuals. The money I earned seemed low compared to the effort I put in. By the end of the year, I stopped everything to focus on my exams. In the middle of 10th grade, I thought about starting again, so I got into affiliate marketing, selling courses, and earning commissions. I later realized it was an MLM scam, so I stopped again.

I left my hometown and went to Pune for my 11th and 12th grade in Science (PW). These two years were a time of both making and breaking for me. I learned many things but lost more than that. I did everything except focus on my curriculum for the JEE. During these two years, I learned how to be alone and not to trust easily. Although I can't share the details here, I was scammed for a large amount of money while trying to make quick money. I realized that chasing fast money is a waste of time, and instead, we should focus on building skills for a long-term vision.

So, I have decided to learn a long-term skill, which is Python for now. Let's see where it takes us in the future. I have also decided to document my journey, which could keep me accountable and help thousands of students like me avoid the mistakes I made. I will be sharing my complete journey on GitHub (project-wise), and LinkedIn (weekly).

Wish me luck, and share this blog with your friends if you find it relatable or think it could help someone.
