šŸ—“ļø Day 1 – Describing Myself.

This is part of my ā€œCode Comeback Diariesā€ series where I rebuild my focus, skills, and career — one day at a time.

šŸ‘‹ A Quick Intro

My name is Prince. I’m from a small town in West Bengal, India. I’ve always been a shy, introverted guy — so I don’t have a big social circle (right now it’s maybe three friends... or honestly just one šŸ˜‚).

I grew up doing well in studies — scored 92% in 10th grade. But there’s not much ā€œexcitingā€ to know about me, so let’s get to the real story.

šŸ•³ļø The Drop

Fast forward to now — I just completed 12th grade (Science stream), and the results were a huge drop: 72%, despite preparing for the JEE.

So what happened?

No, I wasn’t on drugs or alcohol.
My addictions were different: porn, masturbation, endless scrolling.

It started as a way to cope. I had no one to talk to, and all-day study stress made those habits feel like a ā€œbreak.ā€
Until I couldn’t break from them anymore.

🧠 The Realization

I didn’t notice when those habits went from ā€œreliefā€ to chains.
And now? I feel the toll. Mentally. Physically. Spiritually.

I’ve hit a point where I know it has to change.

šŸ’» The Rebuild Starts Here

So I’m choosing to fight back.
Not with perfection. But with purpose.

This blog will document my journey of:

  • Escaping digital addiction

  • Learning to code daily

  • Building discipline through small wins

  • Regaining control over my mind & body

If you’re in the same boat — stick with me. We’re not alone.
Let’s build the version of ourselves we were always meant to be.

See you in the next one.
– Prince
