Peruse a Public Website for Any Keyword With Google

With Advanced Google Searching you may peruse and search through any public website for almost any keyword. This can help you discover if a blog you like covered your favorite topic or research when and how a name was written on post or pages of a website.
Advanced Google Search can be executed with help of its website GUI, but you may also create custom queries and place them in the search box.
Custom Google Queries Examples
Search within hackaday.com for the keyword Debian
site:hackaday.com debian
This query helps you discover any mention of Debian on the HackADay website. HackADay.com is a website dedicated to electronics and computer hardware and Debian is an Unix-like Operating System. With this query I discovered many interesting posts that can help me learn about how Debian works with Hardware. I can also repeat this search with other keywords like FreeBSD or NetBSD.
Search within Hackaday.com for the name ‘Richard Stallman’
site:hackaday.com "Richard Stallman"
This time I searched through Hack A Day for the name Richard Stallman. Notice my query uses quotes. With this query I explicitly ask Google to search for an exact match of the name (phrase) “Richard Stallman“. This query helps discover how Richard Stallman’s work relates to hardware.
Search for PDFs within Hackaday.com
site:hackaday.com filetype:pdf
This query helps you discover all PDF documents published or linked to within the Hack a Day Website. You may repeat this search for any website you find interesting. You may also add other keywords to the end of the query.
