Commitment to Quality and Access Promising that teacher-student ratios will be strictly maintained, he stressed that every school will have sufficient teaching staff. One CM Composite School will be set up in each assembly constituency, with a proposed investment of ₹25–30 crore per school.
Operation Kayakalp and Education Reforms Highlighting the success of Operation Kayakalp, the CM said that nearly all state-run schools now have facilities such as smart classes, toilets, clean drinking water, playgrounds, and digital libraries. Student enrollment has surged to 800–1200 students per school, a sharp rise from pre-2017 levels.
