What the Internship Looks Like

It’s a six-week, hands-on experience designed to move you from “I want to freelance” to “I just signed my first contract.” Here's how it works:

Week 1: Welcome & Setup

Get onboarded, meet your mentors and peers in a private community, and set up your BizDev Agent—your personal AI assistant for lead generation and proposals.

Week 2: Create a Winning Profile

Build a profile on Upwork or LinkedIn that stands out. With expert feedback, you’ll learn what clients look for—and how to show up with credibility.

Week 3: Build a Credible Portfolio

No past clients? No problem. We’ll help you create portfolio pieces that showcase your value, like blog posts, design work, or simple app builds.

Weeks 4 & 5: Learn How to Bid Like a Pro

You’ll write and submit at least five proposals, with help from your BizDev Agent. Learn how to position yourself, what to say, and how to improve based on results.

Week 6: Master Client Communication & Delivery

Learn how to talk to clients, handle feedback, and deliver high-quality work that earns great reviews and repeat business.
