🏙️🎯From 01 July 2025, apartment buildings from five floors or more, or with a total floor area of at least 1,000 m² must purchase mandatory fire and explosion insurance, along with many other high-risk facilities under Decree 105/2025/ND-CP. This regulation aims to:
