A new habit: Writing

I wrote a short article yesterday, and today, I continued writing more.
Running is one of my favorite habits. Today, I ran 5 kilometers—it felt great. Over the past four years, I’ve run nearly 1,200 kilometers. I keep this habit not only for physical health, but also because it helps me stay mentally balanced and energized.
I try to maintain positive routines like running and reading. I believe in the power of consistent effort and in making friends with time. I feel I’m on the right track.
Recently, I’ve added a new positive habit—writing. It's important to me. When I put my thoughts into words, I feel peaceful and more aware of my inner world. Writing also helps me document my journey and track my growth day by day. It's a great way to improve my writing skills and express myself better in English.
