A DNS (Domain Name System) server is a critical component of the internet that acts as a translator, mapping human-readable domain names (like google.com) to the numerical IP addresses that computers use to communicate

• "Ever wondered how typing 'google.com' connects you to the vast internet?"

• "DNS: The unsung hero making the internet user-friendly." “DNS is like the internet's phonebook.

It translates human-readable domain names into IP addresses, enabling browsers to load websites.”

Root Server

The authoritative name servers that serve the DNS root zone, commonly known as the “root servers”, are a network of hundreds of servers in many countries around the world. They are configured in the DNS root zone as 13 named authorities, as follows.
