Why We Started Neksaas

Hi,

I want to tell you about something we’re building. It’s called Neksaas.

Work today is full of bright, creative moments — and a surprising amount of busywork. We’ve all seen it: endless email chains, repetitive data entry, meetings that feel like déjà vu. It adds up. Studies show that people spend roughly 62% of their workday on mundane, recurring tasks. Globally, that’s over 55 billion hours wasted each year on low-value busywork. That’s a huge chunk of human energy sucked into the everyday grind.

We started Neksaas — short for Nexus of Engineering Knowledge — to change that.

What We Do

Neksaas isn’t another services shop. We’re a product company — not just building tools, but building the right ones. We create our own software, designed to automate the repetitive, tedious parts of work. Tools that do the boring stuff so you can focus on what matters.

Think of us as a parent company for useful software — products that make life easier, whether you’re part of a team (B2B) or working solo (B2C). If a task feels manual, outdated, or just plain annoying, we want to fix it with AI and thoughtful design.

We’re not chasing buzzwords or building tech just because we can.
We don’t invent problems to fit our solutions.
We listen, observe, and then build the thing that should’ve already existed.

Every product we create is built with a clear goal:
reduce friction, boost productivity, and scale seamlessly.

Why We Exist

We exist because real people need practical help, not just another shiny tech gimmick. We believe deeply in harnessing AI to make everyday work easier and more enjoyable. It should feel like having a good assistant—working quietly in the background—so people can focus on thinking, learning, and collaborating. In a way, Neksaas is about reclaiming our time.

We also have a great team building the stuff. You can think of a best group of people - highly pumped, dedicated, visionary with complimentary skills, each one is expert in their own department.

So yes, you can bet on us :)

Looking Ahead

Neksaas may launch as a suite of software tools, but our vision goes beyond the screen. Just as “Nexus of Engineering Knowledge” suggests, we see this as the first thread in a much bigger tapestry. In the future, we want to weave together software, research, and even hardware into one smart ecosystem. Imagine laboratory researchers using AI-driven assistants for experiments, or everyday devices (IoT gadgets, even robots) seamlessly handling routine chores. We’re excited by possibilities like AI-organized home workshops, or cloud-connected sensors that automate maintenance tasks. It’s a long journey, but that’s the horizon we’re aiming for.

For now, though, we’re rooted in practical steps. We know we need to prove our concept with solid products first – products people actually use and love – before scaling out to those bold ideas. We’re happy to be in “early days” mode: every week brings new learnings, and every small win (or mistake!) helps refine our path. And thanks to cloud platforms and AI research pouring out of universities and open communities, we feel like we have rocket fuel under the hood.

So yes, we’re building fast – a bit like a startup on Red Bull, but with more love and less fluff. We’re genuinely open to conversations if that resonates: whether you’re curious about where we’re headed, interested in a partnership, or even an investor looking to support a mission-driven team, let’s talk.

We are currently in early stage but not for a long time. Breakout is coming soon :)

So any of this sounds like something you care about, we’d love to hear from you. Drop us a line at admin@neksaas.com. If you see the same problems we do, or if you just have feedback on what we’re building, your voice could help shape Neksaas.

Thank you for reading and dreaming along with us. This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to have you with us.
