development (people who actually develops the product)
points to ponder in scrum

there are tools to implement this scrum framework, among them most popular is Jira.
Scrum Gorgons:
product backlog: all the wish list items are listed or described as a product backlog.
Epic: a high-level overview of a feature
user story: a small component of an epic, which should be easily understandable to the clients.
sprint: a time period where, we tend to pick up some user stories and assign to a sprint, stating that the corresponding stories should be completed in that time span.

velocity: average stories completed in a sprint
burndown: a visual representation of the stories left.
