We’re stuck. In the project we started ourselves.

PromptCoder began as an experiment: a browser-based coding tool with built-in AI prompts.
We thought we’d make a basic MVP and move on. But something shifted.
Why it became a trap (in a good way):
We invested time, ideas, and identity
We started getting feedback from real users
We felt responsible - to ourselves and to the process
We didn’t plan to build a system. But that’s exactly what it became.
The project isn’t perfect:
⚠️ Traffic is inconsistent ⚠️ Audience fit still unclear ⚠️ Team is small and progress is slow
And yet - it’s become part of how we think. We open the browser and ask: "What can we improve today?"
What’s next?
✅ GitHub integration
✅ Support for local folder workflows
✅ New UX iterations
✅ Honest documentation of the journey
Final thought:
Effort ≠ success. Success ≠ effort. But effort increases your odds. And that’s all we’ve got.
