  9. Kimchi (Korea) Heat-laden, fermented cabbage, probiotic side dish and flavorful, with a lot of garlic, consumed to accompany rice or meat dishes.

  10. Paella (Spain) A saffron yellow rice dish prepared with seafood, chicken and vegetables that goes well with any type of dish because it is rich, colorful, and fulfilling.
