🚧 No UI, No Problem — We're Building Something Different (And It's Already Working)

When people say “build in public,” they often show the wins:
✨ MVP launched
💸 First sale
🔥 Going viral on X
But rarely do they talk about the weird, quiet middle —
That part where you’re building something you believe in, but you're also doubting every decision you make.
That’s where we are right now.
🧱 What We’re Building (Without Spoiling It)
We’re working on an AI tool.
Something creative, practical, and fast.
It solves a real problem that people usually do manually (and poorly).
It’s not another clone. And it’s not just a wrapper around ChatGPT.
But here’s the honest part:
We don’t have the time or team to build the full-blown version right away.
So we’re starting ugly.
No frontend. No dashboard. No fluff.
Just backend + AI + a working system.
💸 We Don’t Have Money to Burn
We don’t have VC funding.
No ads.
No paid marketing.
Everything we’re doing right now is scrappy:
Posting on Reddit and X
DM-ing people
Manually onboarding testers
Getting feedback in real-time and changing things on the fly
We're trying to make the first ₹10K / $200 to prove this thing can survive.
It’s stressful. But it’s real.
🧪 What’s Actually Working
People are using it.
Even without a shiny UI, they’re submitting inputs.
They’re coming back.
They’re asking “Can I get this version in PPT or Canva?”
They’re saying “Bro this saved me hours.”
That’s what keeps us going.
The tech stack is basic:
FastAPI
OpenAI (GPT-4)
Wasabi (S3 storage)
Supabase (auth + DB)
Tally or Telegram or Email for inputs
We automate what we can. We patch what breaks.
But mostly — we listen.
😮💨 Real Problems We’re Facing
Let’s not sugarcoat it. This isn’t smooth sailing.
Doubting our idea: Are people really going to pay?
Validation takes time: Not every user gives useful feedback.
Delivery fails sometimes: Outputs aren’t perfect, and fixing it means updating prompts, code, flow — quickly.
Burnout is real: Switching between coding, marketing, and customer support is draining as hell.
Visibility is tough: No matter how good it is, if no one sees it, it doesn’t exist.
But we’re still here.
Still shipping.
Still learning.
🤫 Why We’re Not Sharing the Product (Yet)
We’re intentionally being quiet.
We’re not hiding it forever — just until we know two things:
People want it
We can deliver it consistently
We’re not chasing hype.
We’re chasing proof.
Once we hit that — we’ll show it all.
💬 Final Thoughts
If you're reading this and you're building something too — know this:
You’re not behind. You’re not lost.
You’re just early.
UI or no UI.
Customers or not.
Money or broke.
If you’re solving a real problem and talking to real people —
you’re already ahead of 99% of builders.
We’re still in the middle of it.
Still figuring it out.
But we’re not stopping.
✌️ Thanks for reading. If you’re building something messy, ambitious, and honest — hit me up. Let’s talk.
