Curiosity is a state of mind

Curiosity is often seen as a childish behavior, like a naive trait of a beginner's mind. We mistakenly think that external events, people, and the world trigger it.
I want to tell you this: Curiosity doesn't come from outside; it is cultivated and practiced.

Replace judgment with questions.

Instead of saying “this is dumb,” try asking “why do people believe this?”
Instead of saying “it is what it is,” try asking “how is it that way?”
Instead of saying “it is just meant to be,” try asking “what does it mean?”

Observe without a goal.

This might sound silly, but have you ever sat in a café and watched people, with no purpose, just being aware?

Imagine how you’d see the world if you rediscovered it in its finest detail. Just listen, observe, and feel, and you’ll reshape your perception of your whole life. That is the power of curiosity.

Talk outside your bubble.

It's not about giving; it's about receiving. When you gather people, whoever they are, ask more than you tell. You’ll see how their answers will surprise you and defy your expectations. Be okay with not knowing. With some humility, you can find value or a lesson in every person and every situation.

Curiosity reminds me of One Piece. Every story arc begins with the crew arriving on a new island filled with unfamiliar cultures, surprising characters, and strange rules.

Similarly, life constantly puts us on "islands": new jobs, unexpected friendships, sudden failures. We don't have a map. We explore, ask questions, and adapt.

Each experience changes us.
We struggle, learn, grow, and then move forward.

Curiosity is what keeps the story alive.

You don’t have to be smart to be curious.
You just have to be open.
Curiosity is not an impulse. It’s a choice.
Choose it today. And every day.
