It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.
I was not a believer of small habits can change your world. Like imagine how can a small thing like drinking water can create a big impact on your life. [I was giving an example okie]
But i was completely wrong. I tried it myself and it worked like magic. I started with one glass of water every morning. It didn’t feel like much, but suddenly I was drinking 2 litters a day without even trying and forcing myself.
Then i read that Studies in behavioural psychology show that habits are formed by cue-routine-reward loops. Once you associate a small action with a positive feeling, it becomes automatic over time.
Why Small Habits Matter
Now just like i thought , you too might be thinking why it matter ?
Consistency beats intensity.
Habits shape identity — what you do daily becomes who you are.
Small efforts compound over time (like compounding interest).
Its like Reading 2 pages a day sounds small, but that’s 12 books a year. Amazing right ????
