Systematic 6-Month Journey to B1/B2 Proficiency

Learning Architecture Overview

  • Foundation Phase (A1/A2) - 2.5 Months

  • Intermediate Phase (B1/B2) - 3.5 Months

Foundation Phase: A1/A2 Mastery

Month 1: Core Foundation**
Month 2: Grammar Expansion
Month 2.5: A2 Consolidation

So we are going to spend next 9-10 weeks for laying the foundation of this new language.

We are going to follow proper system by which this goal is easily achievable

So by 10 weeks we will be able to

  • 1,000+ vocabulary words mastered

  • Basic grammar foundation solid

  • 10-minute conversations possible

  • A2 practice test: 80%+ score

  • Daily German habit established

  • Cultural understanding basics

📅 Daily Learning Architecture (90-120 minutes)

Morning Foundation (30 min)
• 15 min: Grammar review/new concepts
• 10 min: Vocabulary practice (Anki/Memrise)
• 5 min: Pronunciation drills

Core Learning (45-60 min)
• 20 min: Structured lesson (textbook/course)
• 15 min: Listening practice (podcasts/videos)
• 10-25 min: Reading comprehension

Application (30 min)
• 15 min: Speaking practice (conversation/shadowing)
• 10 min: Writing exercises
• 5 min: Cultural content consumption

Keep a some kind of tracker which will motivate you to develop holistically in your language learning journey

Intermediate Phase: B1/B2 Mastery

timeline: 3.5 Months

  • Month 3: B1 Foundation

  • Month 4: B1 Consolidation

  • Month 5: B2 Transition

  • Month 6-6.5: B2 Mastery

So we are going to spend next 11 to 26 weeks working towards intermediate phase of the language.

We are going to follow proper system by which this goal is easily achievable

So in next few weeks we’ll be able to

  • 3,000+ vocabulary words active

  • Complex grammar structures mastered

  • 30+ minute conversations fluent

  • B2 practice test: 85%+ score

  • Professional communication ready

  • Cultural fluency achieved

Let’s discuss what are we going to deal in 3rd & 4th month

and in 5-6 Month we have,

Now we have gone through the plans but some time we need to keep in check that the learner should be right path all the time, for that we have make safe check points where learners can pick the decision but stay on the right track to cover for the lost time.

For Foundation phase, i have pick the check points to keep the timeline intact while changing the course of action.


For Intermediate Phase
